 Mukhyamantri Krushi Udyog Yojana (MKUY)

It is the greatest agricultural programme offered by the government of Odisha for aspiring farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs. It offers up to one crore in capital investment subsidies through almost 100 different programmes.

      Any person, partnership business, group of people, registered FPOs, FPCs, FPGs, NGOs, SHGs, PACS, LAMPCS, Farmers Cooperative Societies, and Apex Federations like OMFED, OPOLFED, FISHFED, and Companies registered under the Companies Act 2013 are all eligible to apply for CIS.

      Two office holders who have been officially authorised by the Executive Body shall represent the Group applicants while applying for CIS. The project land must be owned by the applicant or group of applicants, or it must be leased out for a minimum of 15 years in the state of Odisha and have a current AADHAR.

      Agro-enterprises can be established by people who aren't Odisha residents.

     The entrepreneur must be at least 18 years old as of the date of the online application.

      Subject to the subsidy ceiling of Rs. 01.00 crore per family, an individual may develop several businesses in agriculture and allied sector. After one year of successfully managing the prior unit(s), the individual would be able to access a new project. Again, one crore will be renewed over the following ten years.

Subsidy (40%,50% or Maximum 01 Crore)

  • 40% or Max. One Crore subsidy on fixed capital (Excluding cost of Land) for General entrepreneur.
  • 50% or Max.01.00Cr.subsidy on Fixed capital (Excluding cost of land) SC/ST/Women/ PWD and Graduate of agriculture and allied sector.
  • FPOs, FPCs, FPGs,NGOs,SHGs,PACs, LAMPCS, Farmer cooperative society and Apex federations like OMFED, OPLFED,FISHFED, and other companies registered under company Act 2013 are eligible for 40% subsidy or Max.01.00 Cr  subsidy.
  • If the groups are of all women or graduate of agriculture and allied sector then they will eligible for 50% or Max. 01.00 Cr. subsidy

7.       Bank Consent letter from Bank for Bank finance (Optional)

8.       Self declaration form available during online apply.

9.       Caste/Tribe certificate

10.   Five Photographs of project site from all direction with beneficiary and one front photo with beneficiary.
